At MyAstroTruth, we strive to deliver accurate, thoughtful, and high–quality astrology reports. Because each report is custom–generated using the details provided by the customer, our services are classified as digital, personalized goods. This Refund Policy explains when a refund may be considered and when it will not be available. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms described below.

No Refunds After Delivery

Once an astrology report has been successfully generated and delivered (via web page, downloadable file, or email), the service is deemed fully rendered and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Digital reports cannot be “returned,” and continued access to the content after delivery makes post-delivery refunds impractical and unfair.

Exceptions for Technical or Payment Errors

We may, at our discretion, issue a refund in the limited situations below:

These exceptions do not apply when incorrect or incomplete birth details were provided by the customer, when the report content is not what the customer “expected,” or when a customer changes their mind after delivery.

Customer Responsibility

Please enter your name, date of birth, exact time of birth, and place of birth carefully. Reports generated from inaccurate data will not qualify for refunds. If you are unsure of your birth time, consider using a reasonable default (e.g., 12:00 PM) as indicated on our form; however, this may affect certain placements and interpretations.

Processing & Method of Refund

If your case qualifies, refunds (when approved) are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary by bank or payment provider. If you paid via PayPal, the refund is processed in accordance with PayPal’s rules. Any currency conversion differences, bank charges, gateway fees, or exchange-rate fluctuations are outside our control and are not reimbursed by MyAstroTruth.

Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any issue. Unauthorized or unfounded chargebacks may result in account restrictions and the sharing of relevant order and delivery logs with the payment provider to dispute the claim.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. The latest version will always be available on this page and is effective upon posting.
